  • Calls may be handled by AI voice agents using Kore Pulse AI technology
  • AI voice agents may sound human-like but are automated systems
  • AI interactions are recorded and analyzed for improvement
  • You may request a human representative at any time
  • AI voice agents are not 100% accurate and improve over time

 

(l) Scope of Consent: This consent applies to text messages and voice calls sent/placed by Koretechx Corp and any third-party service providers acting on our behalf, including through the Kore Pulse AI platform.

(m) Withdrawal of Consent: Text message and voice call consent may be withdrawn at any time without penalty by:

  • Replying STOP to text messages
  • Requesting opt-out during any voice call
  • Emailing hello@koretechx.com with “SMS Opt-Out” or “Voice Call Opt-Out” in the subject line
  • Calling (754) 258-6081 and requesting opt-out
  • Updating your communication preferences in your account

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal and does not impact other
forms of communication (email, portal messages). Text message opt-out and voice call opt-out are separate
you must opt out of each independently.

16.3 Email Marketing Opt-Out

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by:

(a) Clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email;
(b) Updating your communication preferences in your account settings (if you have an account);
(c) Contacting us at hello@koretechx.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe”; or
(d) Calling us at (754) 258-6081.

Opting out of marketing emails does not affect:

  • Transactional or service-related emails necessary for our business relationship;
  • Emails required by law or regulation;
  • Responses to your specific inquiries or requests.

16.4 Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to any processing based on consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To withdraw consent, please contact us using the information in Section 15.

18. CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT (CCPA) METRICS

18.1 Annual CCPA Metrics Disclosure

As required by the California Consumer Privacy Act, Koretechx Corp will publish the following metrics annually on or before January 31 of each year (if applicable):

(a) Number of requests to know received;
(b) Number of requests to know complied with (in whole or in part) and denied;
(c) Number of requests to delete received;
(d) Number of requests to delete complied with (in whole or in part) and denied;
(e) Number of requests to correct received;
(f) Number of requests to correct complied with (in whole or in part) and denied;
(g) Number of requests to opt out of sale/sharing received (if applicable);
(h) Median number of days to respond to requests.

19. ADDITIONAL STATE-SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES

19.1 Nevada Residents

Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of certain covered information that we have collected or will collect about them.
